Music Content
The App accesses and organizes music from your personal library. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to access and play any music content through the App. Archipelago LLC does not provide, license, or claim ownership of any music content.
Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archipelago LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

- Music Library Data: The App accesses your music library through Apple's MusicKit framework to enable music playback and organization. This data remains on your device and in your iCloud account.
- CloudKit Data: Your app preferences and organizational data may be synced across your devices using Apple's CloudKit. This data is encrypted and stored in your personal iCloud account.
- Usage Information: We may collect anonymous usage analytics to improve app performance and user experience.
- Device Information: Basic device information (device type, operating system version) may be collected for compatibility and optimization purposes.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

Your music library data and app preferences are stored locally on your device and, if enabled, synced to your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit service.
